Lapostolle Carmenère 2016
Carmenere is an old Bordeaux grape that is almost extinct in its homeland but has gone on to great things in Chile where for a long time it was thought to be merlot. This example comes from the Colchagua valley and would be extremely nice with all kinds of meat dishes or a rich vegetable stew.
