
Top notch Rioja from one of the best producers in the region and its gran reservas are only produced in the best vintages. This is made mainly from tempranillo with a little graciano. It spends three years in American oak barrels and six years in bottle so it's sold ready to drink. Not need to cellar though it will improve for at least another decade. This has special Sunday lunch written all over it.
Rich nose, ripe dark cherries, highly aromatic, rosemary, cedar, tobacco, leafy forest floor notes. Strawberries on the palate, baking spices, mellow, soft tannins, and a creamy texture. Very very long.
