
Top notch Rioja reserva from one of the best producers in the region. This is made mainly from tempranillo. It spends two years in American oak barrels and three years in bottle so it's sold ready to drink. Not need to cellar though it will improve for at least a decade. This has Sunday lunch written all over it.
Strawberries on the palate, cloves, coconut, vanilla and tobacco, mellow, soft tannins, and a creamy texture. Long finish.
