
Excellent quality cabernet from Stellenbosch in South Africa. This was fermented in a mixture of concrete tanks stainless steel before ageing for 14 months in French oak barrels. This is a smooth, fruit-driven wine which would make a wonderful Sunday lunch wine.
Ripe blackcurrants and blackberries with cloves, cardamom, cedar and subtle vanilla notes and ripe smooth tannins.
