The 2020 vintage of Juice Asylum's Maggie Mae is made entirely from biodynamic Sangiovese grapes, produced in Tuscany. There's an emphasis on minimal intervention at the winery, and the appropriately juicy wine, aged for six months in stainless steel tanks, is packed full of fresh forest fruits. Serve this with anything containing olives.
