Innocent Bystander Chardonnay 2021
The Yarra Valley in Victoria, is one of Australia's cooler regions and perfect for chardonnay. This Innocent Bystander Chardonnay was fermented in a mixture of oak and new French oak barrels lending structure and spice. This will keep and improve for at least five years but it's hard to resist now especially with skate in a brown butter sauce.
