Rich, ripe classic Aussie shiraz from Langhorne Creek in South Australia. With a little bit of bottle age this is now deliciously mellow and spicy. It would be delicious with all spicy food like an aubergine curry.
Ripe black cherries and plums with leather, tobacco, cinnamon and cloves and ripe soft tannins.
