Graham Beck Brut
Method Cap Classique or MCC is South Africa's answer to Champagne. It's made from the same grapes and uses the classic bottle fermentation method. The big difference is that the SA version is much cheaper and usually extremely good quality like this example from Graham Beck. If you're having a party and want some bubbly to impress, then look no further.
