Description

This gorgeous Piedmontese red from Gian Luca Colombo is a blend of hand-picked Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, and Barbera grapes. They're macerated separately in stainless steel before being blended together and aged for around three months in both French and Austrian oak. We've heard it goes rather well alongside a barbecue!
