Folli & Benato Gavi 2021
Beautiful Italian white wine from Gavi, located in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy and selected for bottling by Folli & Benato. Cortese grapes from 30 year old vines are slowly fermented for 20 days, then left to mature for a further three months before bottling. Crisp and elegant, this would be ideal to enjoy with creamy pasta dishes.

Zesty lemon and fruit blossom, soft apricot, and gentle mineral acidity.
