ESK Valley Pinot Gris 2021
This delightfully full pinot gris from Hawke's Bay on the North Island, shows there's much more to New Zealand that sauvignon blanc. The style sits somewhere between the richness of Alsace and the lightness of Northern Italy. It's the perfect accompaniment to spicy Thai food.

Lots of ripe apricot and apple on the palate with some spicy ginger notes, full and creamy, and just off-dry.
