Description
From André Dezat and the family behind Domaine Thibault comes the 2025 vintage Pouilly-Fumé. It's produced exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested from vineyards with a high proportion of flint in the soil, so it's a rather mineral-forward expression. As the name suggests, there's a subtle hint of smoke in the background too, so smoky fish accompanies this wine very well.
