Produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested from vines with an average age of 25 years, that grow in a particularly flinty soil that imparts a glorious minerality to the final product. A great option for pairing with seafood dishes, or a soft goat cheese.
Zingy notes of gooseberry and citrus peel, chamomile, and honeysuckle, with a stony minerality and distant flinty smoke.
