Description

From Andre Dezat's Domaine Thibault in the French Loire Valley comes this magnificent 2020 vintage Pouilly-Fumé. Produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested from vines with an average age of 25 years, that grow in a particularly flinty soil that imparts a glorious minerality to the final product. A great option for pairing with seafood dishes, or a soft goat cheese.

A touch of lemon, tart gooseberries, and plums with flinty minerality and a whisper of smoke.
