Made with a combination of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne, along with a smaller portion of Clairette grapes. Aged in steel vats, with a smaller amount rested in oak barrels, the wine is allowed to develop a rich, fruity character with an almost oily, briny quality. As such, this would go great with pickled foods or seafood!
