Another wonderful organic Grenache from David & Nadia over in Swartland! This is the 2018 vintage, with 60% of the grapes fermented whole bunch, before the wine rested in 500-litre French oak barrels for 12 months. A rather fabulous pairing with cheese, we reckon.
A lively, fruity acidity, with notes of floral rose, fresh summer berries and just a pinch of spice.
