This is a real kitchen sort of wine, there's a little bit of everything here, riesling, sauvignon blanc, marsanne and rousanne. So there's a German grape, a Loire and two from the Rhone Valley. And you know what? It really works, the Rhone varieties provide a full body and creamy texture while the other two bring vibrand fruit and fresh acidity. This would be excellent with all kinds of food but especially Vietnamese cuisine.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Apples, pineapple and passion fruit on the palate. Full-bodied, creamy texture with a zingy acidity keeping it all together.
