Description

Cullen wines in Margaret River in Western Australia is the master of sauvignon/ semillon blends - the same mix that you get in white Bordeaux. This sees a little oak to produce a complex, refreshing wine that's extremely versatile at the table. It would be great with roast chicken, shellfish or asparagus.

Overall

Stone fruit and vivid limes with green peppers, honey and a little vanilla. Long and complex with a dry refreshing finish.
