From the South African Crystallum winery comes the 2018 vintage Peter Max Pinot Noir, made with grapes from the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. An elegant, medium bodied red that's ideal for enjoying with either oily fish or roasted game. As for the name, Peter and Max are the names of the growers who supplied the fruit for the very first vintage of this wine. A homage, if you will.
