From the Court Garden winemakers in Ditchling, East Sussex, comes their 2011 vintage Classic Cuvée Brut. They use a combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes to create this well balanced sparkler, with plenty of up-front fresh fruit supported by toasty notes.
