Fabulous white wine from Northern Italy, produced by the family-run Claudio Mariotto winery. This is made using the native Piedmontese Timorasso grape, which was once on the verge of extinction, but has been passionately revived by producers like Claudio Mariotto! Packed with fruity, floral character it ought to pair nicely with lighter meat or fish and roasted vegetable dishes.
