Chapel Down has its very own single vineyard range of wines named Kit's Coty, and this fab 2014 vintage Coeur de Cuvée is one of the excellent expressions from the series. Made with the cream of the crop of Chardonnay grapes from the Kit's Coty vineyard, using only a select portion of the first press of the fruits. Following that, it was allowed to ferment on its lees in French oak for seven months.
