Chapel Down Kit's Coty Blanc de Blancs 2015
Look, it's the 2015 vintage of Kit's Coty Coeur de Cuvee! It's created using the first-press of Chardonnay grapes from the brand's Kit's Coty estate on the North Downs of Kent and malolactic fermentation, while 15% of the blend is matured in barrels before being left to age on its lees for four years before release.
