Pongrácz Rosé
Sparkling South African Rosé from Pongrácz, made with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. It's not often that you get to see a sparkler from South Africa on these shores, that's for sure (unless you're particularly lucky).

Very lightly toasted brioche, plum, a touch of lemongrass.
