Description

A superb Syrah from the Carinus Family Vineyards in Stellenbosch, South Africa! There's a lot to love here with the 2021 vintage, with a huge yet elegant flavour profile of fruit and spice, which is brilliant news for anyone who loves their wines to be expertly structured. Paired with meaty dishes, this'll be excellent.

Overall

Blackberry, cinnamon, cherry, cardamom, a touch of earthiness lasting.
