A superb Syrah from the Carinus Family Vineyards in Stellenbosch, South Africa! There's a lot to love here with the 2020 vintage, with a huge yet elegant flavour profile of fruit and spice, which is brilliant news for anyone who loves their wines to be expertly structured. Paired with meaty dishes, this'll be excellent.
