A fresh, zesty Swartland wine here from Carinus, made with Chenin Blanc grapes grown in the Polkadraai Hills. The grapes are whole bunch pressed, fermented with wild yeasts and aged in concrete eggs for 10 months. Its crisp character means it's a winner with rich, creamy dishes.
