A superb white wine from Italy's Cantina Terlan, produced with grapes from its 2021 Sauvignon Blanc harvest. After gentle pressing and slow fermentation, the wine is divided between steel tanks and large wooden barrels, where it rests for seven to eight months. Brimming with juicy fruits and crisp minerality, this will be a fab accompaniment for shellfish, hard cheeses, and cured meats.

Grapefruit, lemon, and a hint of gooseberry bring plenty of zest, softened by soft peach and melon. Grassy, herbal notes balance floral vanilla, and a touch of flint on the finish.
