Another stellar vintage from Cantina Terlan, this is the 2017 bottling of Nova Domus Riserva. A core of Pinot Blanc grapes is supported by Chardonnay and a touch of Sauvignon Blanc, and is fermented in large oak barrels before being aged for 12 months in wood before bottling. Interestingly, the folks at the winery recommend pairing it with grilled steak!
Slightly creamy, with apricot and cantaloupe alongside more savoury Mediterranean herbs, a touch of citrus and a saline minerality.
