Chile now has it's own distinct style of sauvignon blanc which tends to be very lean and lemony with a refreshing acidity. It's quite different to the more opulent New Zealand style. This example from Caliterra would be excellent with goat's cheese or grilled fish.
Lean and very grassy, green peppers, and a little smoky. Very racy. Touch of creaminess on the end.
