Dating back to 1989, an eternity in the rapidly-changing world of South African wine, Bouchard Finlayson is a joint venture between Burgundian winemaker, Paul Bouchard, and local winemaker, Peter Finlayson, in Walker Bay. This is one of the coolest parts of Cape, the perfect environment to make elegant sauvignon blanc. If you love Sancerre then you will enjoy this.
