The 2021 vintage of Grenache Noir from South Africa's Bosman Family Winery. Grapes from the family's vineyards in Wellington undergo cool fermentation, and the wine is matured in oak, then rested in steel tanks before blending and bottling. Top stuff for rich red meat dishes.
