This rich red wine is built around a core of syrah grapes, supported by grenache, cabernet sauvignon, cinsault, and just a small helping of viognier. Brimming with layers of rich red fruit and cacao, it'll make a great accompaniment to meaty dishes, or nibbles like smoked almonds and spiced olives.
