From the Yarra Valley in Australia comes this glorious 2015 vintage red wine. Produced with hand picked Nebbiolo grapes, fermented in small batches to bring out their savoury characteristics. It'll certainly make a fantastic accompaniment to cured meats and cheeses.
Gently floral with red fruits, dried herbs, liquorice, clove and a touch of charred rosemary.
