David Traeger Three Centuries Heathcote Shiraz 2016
For this Three Centuries Shiraz from Baptista's David Traeger series, grapes were harvested from three vineyards in the Heathcote region of Victoria, just north of Melbourne, which were planted in the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries – hence the name! An elegant Australian red, pair it with a BBQ and you're winning.
