Sussex-based Ashling Park bring you this fresh English sparkling wine, crafted from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier. It was awarded a gold medal at the 2018 Decanter World Wine Awards!

Fresh, an intensity of fruit and white flowers offset by a chalky acidity followed by a crisp finish.
