From the Barbaresco region comes this 2018 vintage Nebbiolo from the Albino Rocca winery. It's made with a blend of predominantly Nebbiolo grapes, with a very small percentage of Cabernet Franc. The Nebbiolo is harvested from 50 year old vines, while the Cabernet Franc is from 20 year old vines, rooted in clay-rich soils. The wine is only aged in stainless steel, making it very food-friendly as it doesn't need long to open up.
