This 2019 vintage Watervale Riesling hails from Australia's Adelina winery. The grapes were sourced from the limestone-based Gulley View vineyard, so the citrus forward wine has a balanced chalky minerality to it. A brilliant pairing with fish dishes.
White flowers and zesty lime, with chalky mineral notes and lemon sweeties.
