A gloriously fruity Ritme white wine from Spain's Acústic Celler in the Priorat region. Produced from the 2018 harvest, a core of Garnacha grapes is supported by Macabeo and Pansal varieties, all grown in fossilised sand dune soil, heavy with clay, sand, and pebbles. A portion of the wine is fermented in French oak barrels with the rest spending four weeks at extremely low temperatures in steel tanks. Top stuff to accompany some seafood tapas!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
A hint of pebbly petrichor with plenty of sweet, zesty citrus, soft and buttery with crisp wafts of dried herbs.
