A Cask Strength Collection bottling of Tormore single malt Scotch whisky, matured for 23 years in a pair of bourbon barrels. This was distilled back in April 1992 and bottled by Signatory in June 2015 with an outturn of 230 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Cardamom and cinnamon, with a touch of sugared almond too. Slightly orange-y.

Palate

Marmalade really starts to kick in on the palate. Refreshing melon and peach notes. Another pinch of baking spices.

Finish

Stem ginger and creamy caramel.
