The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey comes, surprisingly, from Ireland. It's a triple distilled expression which is aged in both sherry and bourbon casks for over 10 years before bottling.
Light and fruity on the nose. A little hint of liquorice pops up, as does crumbly vanilla fudge.
A classic pudding of peaches and cream with a sprinkling of crushed up biscuits and almonds.
Fairly long, with oak cropping up near the end.
Superb! A cracking Irish whiskey.

Great taste and very smooth. Can be found online for £46 elsewhere so not sure why its so expensive here...???
very fruity and sweet on nose, then pear and apricot slowly appear peach puree, hint of vanilla and custard on palate finish is one of the longest I ve ever experienced, nice sherry at the end very very pleasing to nose and tongue, this one is one of my favourites at the similar price, very complex and rich Irish whiskey
