The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey comes, surprisingly, from Ireland. It's a triple distilled expression which is aged in both sherry and bourbon casks for over 10 years before bottling.
Light and fruity on the nose. A little hint of liquorice pops up, as does crumbly vanilla fudge.
A classic pudding of peaches and cream with a sprinkling of crushed up biscuits and almonds.
Fairly long, with oak cropping up near the end.
Superb! A cracking Irish whiskey.

This whiskey taste very harsh. Opposite of smooth as described in it's label. I am a regular whiskey drinker and find this as a closer to low quality. I would not purchase this again. Not enjoyable drinking neat.
Fantastic whiskey a must for whiskey lovers
I thought it was a nice enough whiskey but a little bit harsh for my liking, too much burn on the back of the throat but a lot of flavour in it.
Hello, I returned from Ireland recently with a bottle of aged 12 years, single malt, limited release, The Irishman. It is some of the best whiskey I have ever tasted. I have shared it with three small groups of friends and they all agreed how smooth a whiskey it is. One person had a sore throat, and after a shot of The Irishman, could actually talk easily again. I highly recommend it. Yours Truly, Brian
After a fire mission, sitting on the porch, Irishman and a good cigar is like "Stairway to Heaven"
