A Lowland blended malt from the excellent Douglas Laing that's "city born and bred" and is personified by the 1930s cheeky chappy and all-round connoisseur on the label!
I only bought a sample of this as I was sitting on the fence a bit! Very nice whisky, it is a sweet whisky but it isnt too sweet, very smooth and easy to drink! Will definitely be buying a bottle!
Just tried this for this first time and it’s a delicious lowland style of Scotch. Lots of barley sweetness with some citrus fruiti sweetie style to it
Lot of green Jolly Rancher on the nose. Pretty sweet but not overwhelming. S'good.
Great price. Great Scotch. Great for lowland whisky fans. And great for those of us who appreciate high strength and no chill filtration
Great whisky. Has a charming barley character with buttery biscuits and sweet malt.
