I wrote the noooo ! Review... I'm still working with it though and it's getting much more bearable I'm going to give it some more time in the bottle summertime in a glass my review may change I'm up to mystic !! Haha optimistic !!!
I must have a bad batch...this tastes just like mezcal!!! Of which.i am not a fan...tastes...rancid ... hundreds of bottles of scotch & never had a bad batch before or something I even thought was a bad batch.i find this stuff disgusting.. I even let it sit for a long time... I'm tempted to try again...w a new bottle...sample maybe...very disappointed obv
Exactly what I look for in a Lowland Whisky - fresh, floral and moreish! A new favourite.
Boom - this is exactly what I wanted... An every day Malt whisky. Cracking dram and the wife likes it too! (with ginger ale)
Very disappointed at first. Nose has a strong whiff of wine which is not to my taste. The flavours are very light and very different from any other whisky I had tasted previously, but it is complex and with time it grows on you. Would I buy another bottle? No, but it's all about learning what you like. Might suit a summer evening more than winter.
