The Epicurean Peated
Lowlands, but make it smoky. This limited edition twists the usual light, grassy Epicurean style by folding in peated cask influence, adding a subtle, earthy smoke rather than going full Islay bonfire. Built from a marriage of Lowland malts, The Epicurean Peated is bottled at a punchy 50.5% with no chill-filtration or added colour.

Soft earthy peat, thyme, green apple, and toasted barley.
Palate
Honeyed malt and cereal, with smoky embers, peppery warmth, and gentle oak spice.
Finish
Drying peat smoke with light ash, lemon peel, and a touch of vanilla.
