21 year old single malt from the Speyside distillery in the eponymous Scottish whisky region, aged in a single Sherry butt from December 1993 to November 2015. Released as part of the Old Malt Cask range by Hunter Laing - 390 bottles were produced, bottled at 50% ABV.
Apple crumble with blackberries thrown into the mix with a scoop of toffee ice cream atop the delicious pudding. There's also a good helping of cinnamon in that biscuit-y crumble...
Shortbread, more apple crumble, raisins and a hint of dark chocolate.
Mouth-coating Mocha notes last.
