Wine Cask
Released by Signatory as one of its Small Batch Editions, this Speyside single malt was distilled in 2013 and spent 11 years maturing. It was drawn from a host of Bolgheri Italian red wine casks and bottled up without added colour or chill filtration. The distillery of origin isn't disclosed, but the label does carry a mysterious inclusion – '(TAM)' on the label... a clue perhaps?
This is a delicious dram, very berry juicy.
