Scallywag The Winter Edition 2020
We've been treated to a seasonal Scallyway by Douglas Laing! This is the Winter Edition, and not only does our furry friend have a scarf on to celebrate the occasion, but so does the bottle! Speyside malt whiskies aged in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry butts contributed to the Christmassy flavour profile of this one, packed with dark fruits and chocolate.

Nose
Gingerbread and chocolate-coated raisin alongside bittersweet dark chocolate.
Palate
A dusting of cocoa supports bramble fruit and home-made cherry jam, along with sherried dried fruits.
Finish
Melted milk chocolate and seasonal spices linger.
