Transport your taste buds to a mystery Scottish isle with this single malt, independently bottled by North Star Spirits. Distilled in 2012, this peated whisky spent 13 years maturing in a single refill hogshead until it was bottled in 2025. A release of 324 bottles.
Charred heather and elegant peat, with sweet notes of caramel, banana loaf, and vanilla.
Toffee apples, grilled stone fruit, oak char, and wood smoke, with caramelised biscuits in tow.
Baked fruit, dusted with cinnamon, a touch of pepper.
