A marvellous Mortlach single malt joins the Symington's Choice Cask Strength Collection from indie bottler Signatory. Distilled in 2007, the whisky matured for 17 years, finishing in a single first-fill oloroso sherry butt before it was bottled at cask strength in 2024. A release of 652 bottles.
